Through his consulting and securities company, Loren has been responsible for merger and acquisition consulting activities, for a variety of companies, in multiple industries.<br><br>Since 1988, Mr. Alexander has owned and operated in conjunction with other investors three software companies, including his ownership and operation of RTS Corporation for 15 years.<br><br>Loren is a graduate in Economics and Corporate Finance, as well as an Attorney. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, from Willamette University, Salem Oregon.<br><br>Personal activities have included charitable and community organization membership, and community leadership activities, as well as currently a member of investment funding and merger and acquisition trade organizations.<br><br>Loren is a member of The Scholarship Fund-Board of Directors, a Texas Educational Charity established in 2001, whose mission is to assist financially needy high school graduates, to obtain a college education.
